MAP was the architect for the interior renovation of the midtown Manhattan apartment. The project looked to refresh the bathrooms with sleek and modern fixtures. White tiles brighten the spaces and creates a wide canvas for new design features. Wallpaper by artist Loui Jover and bright red vanities encased with thermoformed Corian sheets help bring youthful and exciting flare to these spaces.

The spectacular landscapes of the Albanian countryside attract millions of tourists very year. MAP was hired to create a design concept for a 64-room eco-friendly hotel retreat situated in the Shkrel Mountains near the town of Bogë, Albania.
The design is an assembly of modular concrete forms, with minimal footprint on the landscape. Each unit frames the scenic valley, and is only steps away from a natural stream running through the site. The hotel will serve as a transitional hub for biking and hiking through the countryside.
MAP was retained as the architect to design the interior renovation of a 2,000 square-foot residence located in the Town of Rye, north of New York City.
The project transformed a previously two bedroom residence into a three bedroom, while also opening the kitchen to the dining and living rooms. Large pivot doors reveal a central pantry and winery that is perfect for hosting guests.

MAP was retained as the architect to design and administer the construction of a new 2,700 square-foot pediatric dental office located in the borough of Queens in New York City.
MAP delivered a fresh and soft design inspired by curves and color. The project used the latest BIM design tools to prototype designs, and coordinate dental equipment adjacencies to finally deliver an efficient and inspiring space free of clutter.
This new dentist office was completed in 2015.

The ash-wood floors provide a neutral background to the stunning Manhattan views seen from every room.

The house design is to be simple and open to connect the couple's love for art and nature. Cooking is a favorite pastime of the couple, so the kitchen becomes a culinary stage to host visitors. The exterior draws inspiration from the natural color and texture of the surrounding forest, while the multi-story design guides an ascent onto the piano-nobile that leads to the terrace overlooking the spectacular lake.
